C-29 Casing Hanger
ABIPET C-29 automatic casing hangers provide high hanging capacity 80% of the casing’s body yield with minimum casing deflection. When the upper slips move down and energize the pack off, the lower slips engage automatically and apply controlled compression. The lower slips do not allows the casing to move down, thus they do not create the high compressive forces, as do conventional tapered slips.
Have stronger lower support plates and support greater casing loads.
Have an integral, compression-type seal mechanism that automatically actuates with the weight of the casing string.
The sealing element made into the casing hanger provides the primary seal on the string of casing being suspended.
Material Class: AA, DD & EE, Temperature Class: P ~ U, PSL 1 ~ 3, PR2 & PR2F
All sizes are API Monogrammed.
