Learning Methods.

• There is a plan to adopt Product Based Learning for Mechanical Engineering programme. The professional and technical competencies expected out of a 21st century engineering graduate are embedded in this integrated curriculum model.
• Project Based Learning approach is also used in courses such as Introduction to Engineering. This approach enabled students to experience the application of science and importance of engineering in day-to-day life.
• Self-Study Units (SSU) are proposed to motivate the self-learning skills among the students. Selected topics in courses are identified in higher semester and students are encouraged to learn on their own.
