In pursuit of Dr. MCET’s keen Institute-Industry partnership initiatives, Centres of excellence are established by the College. Centre of Excellence is a facility with necessary infrastructure to enhance the skills of the students. These centres provide ample opportunity for the students and staff to comprehend the latest industry practice and upgrade their knowledge through industry relevant projects using these facilities and the industry know-how. Centre offers to upgrade the prowess of the technicians who are currently employed by the industry as well, hence serving as a revenue generating model. Efforts are on to set up more such centres to strengthen ties between the institute and the industry.
