Objectives
1. Schedule, print QP and completely managing CIA exams2. Collect statistics on various subjects/papers and enrolment therein including roll numbers of students and communicate to Bharathiar university
3. Arrange for receiving QP from Bharathiar university
4. Prepare examination blocks, requisition of invigilators and support staff
5. Conduct the examination as per the schedule
6. Calculate allowance due for invigilation/examination duty
7. Arrange for sending answer books to Bharathiar university
8. Enter marks into the merit register/arrange for computerization of marks
9. Consolidate marks-lists and prepare the results
10. Malpractice: Convener of the committee shall convey a meeting of the members and discuss the complaint received from the principal
11. The committee may call the candidate to seek an explanation and hear from him/her. Explanation shall be taken in writing.
12. The committee members shall make necessary enquires from exam supervisors and other related witnesses.
13. After hearing all the above persons, they shall report their findings in writing, along with recommended punitive action (if any malpractice was detected) to the principal according to the college guidelines/norms.
14. Be open to receive grievances regarding examinations and resolve them as early as possible.

Women Empowerment Committee Objectives
1. Organize programs to enhance the confidence level of girl students for their empowerment in the society.2. Build self-esteem & dignity among girl students & women faculty members.
3. Offer services such as counseling, legal aid in case of atrocities against women.
4. Create awareness regarding women’s rights. 5. Arrange programs regarding health, personality development etc. 6. Celebrate International Women’s Day. 7. Counsel and solve the personal and academic related problems of Women students.
Disciplinary Committee Objectives
1. Maintain overall Discipline in the College.2. Monitor General Moral Behaviour of the students.
3. Discourage smoking, use of narcotics and carrying arms on the campus.
4. Ensure security of college property, checking trespassing etc.
5. Prevent students from indulging in political activities of any sort on the campus or showing their political affiliations by displaying badges of student federations etc.
6. Ensure that each student wears his/her ID card during his/her stay in the college premises.
Library Committee Objectives
1. Conduct awareness programs, webinars and workshops on effective use of learning resources.2. Initiate measures to increase the footfalls to the library.
3. Arrange for procuring subject wise books/magazines/journals.
4. Recommend measures for upgrading the library facilities.
5. Liaison between the library, the student, and the faculty.
6. Strive for enriching stock with e-resources and other resources.
7. Ensure optimal use of library collection by students & staff.
8. Conduct periodic stock verification as per rule.
9. Encourage faculty and students to use INFLIBNET resources.
Research Committee Objectives
1. Promote research climate in the institution.2. Identify emerging areas of research and funding possibilities.
3. Motivate faculty and students to present and publish research papers in UGC Care/Scopus/Web of Science journals.
4. Organize programs related to Research for the staff and students at the college.
5. Organize orientation lectures in research for project work students.
6. Take up major / minor research projects for the college.
7. Raise funds for research activities of the college.
8. Suggest steps for effective use of college resources for research activities.
9. Formulate policy for Research integrity and research activities.

Faculty Wellness Committee Objectives
1. Attend to the general grievances of the faculty members and suggest redressal measures within the framework of College / University / Government rules.2. Instruct the official/s concerned to attend to the grievances.
3. Refer / report the matters to the Principal.
4. Organize events and programs for the happiness and wellbeing of the faculty members.
5. Suggest faculty welfare measures at the college.
6. Ensure the workplace is more relaxing and joyful.
Decentralization and participation are the pillars of the effective functioning of the institution. The Governing Body takes responsibility for the overall functioning of the Institution. The College Committee constituted by the Governing Body encompasses the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Senior Teaching Faculties which takes care of the academic and non-academic duties and responsibilities. Various Academic duties are shared by the Head of the Departments and other staff members. The Examination section lead by the Controller of the Examinations and Deputy Controller of the Examinations along with 12 staff members ensures the unblemished examination process. The Ragging Curb Committee consists of Senior Faculty members headed by the Principal which is responsible for ragging prohibition inside the campus. Equal responsibilities are given to faculty members in various committees like Admission Committee, Academic Audit Committee, Library Committee, Magazine Committee, College Calendar Committee, Journal Publication Committee, Research Committee, Alumni Association, Training and Placement, Discipline Committee, etc., Each department has a student association which is headed by the Head of the Department along with the Student Secretary and Joint-Secretary to conduct various activities like arrangement of seminars, workshops, conferences, etc.,
