Hailing from Zamin Uthukuzhi near Pollachi, he did his pre-university class during 1975-76 and completed B.Com at N.G.M. college, Pollachi during 1976-79.Having completed his degree, he joined at Sri Sakthi Textiles Ltd, Pollachi in 1980 and served as a vibrant person working in various positions such as Accounts Officer, Purchase Officer and Administrator till 2010 and later he was elevated as the Manger-Administration.

In December 2010, He joined as a Manager Administration holding different responsible activities such as looking after College Administration,students admission, Appointment of non teaching staff, Purchasing items related to college and coordinating with the Principal in organizing a number of meetings.
As an ardent lover of sports and games he takes much efforts to improve the sports facilities in the institution as well as the development of the student activities for the same.
